ANODIZING 
Sidem has a 120,000 amps anodizing unit that can produce 8,000 tons of profiles per year.
Three types of surface treatments are produced:  Natural silver anodizing by electrolysis Bronze anodizing by electrolysis ranging from light to dark shades of bronze Champagne-colored anodizing by chemical dipping
The anodizing thickness can vary from 5 to 25 microns. The maximum anodizing lengths are 7.5 meters. 
Hot sealing by deionized water.
All anodized products are produced in satin or polished finish after mechanical polishing. |
